Staff health and well-being and a culture of user safety
From 31 October to 25 November 2022
Staff members, including medical specialists, pharmacists, executives and managers, will be invited to express their opinions and to make their needs known on topics that affect their working reality. They will be asked to complete surveys on staff health and well-being and user safety culture.
Essential elements of the survey
In the table below you will find the essential information to answer one or the other of the surveys.
Important
- Surveys are completely confidential and are managed by Accreditation Canada, an external partner.
- The CIUSSS will not have access to any individual data and it will be impossible to identify the interviewees.
Why take surveys?
- Take the opportunity to express your opinion on matters concerning your working reality;
- To learn more about the organization’s achievements relating to the health and well-being of its staff, as well as the culture of user safety;
