The Norwegian giant Rosenborg BK, who have not won the Eliteserien since 2018, have had a tough start to the season with nine points after eight games and are in eleventh place with 13 points to Bodø/Glimt in the league lead.

Now things are storming around Rosenborg, and on Friday morning several banners with critical messages were seen hung up at the club’s training facility in Trondheim.

“A government without action, a government without trust,” read a banner according to the Norwegian site Nettavisen.

Rosenborg has not yet commented on the banners.

The Swede Mikael Dorsin has previously been the sporting director in Rosenborg, while Kjetil Rekdal has been the club’s head coach since last year. Former Djurgården player Jonathan Augustinsson, who has belonged to RBK since 2021, has missed the start of this year’s season due to injury problems.
