Object of the contract : supply of treatment products for the operation of the water management and sanitation facilities of the community of communes of the Pays de Craon.

Designation of lots:
Lot 1: supply of slaked lime flower intended for use in the process of drinking water from the ‘Mayenne’ river, estimated quantity: 200 tonnes / year.
Lot 2: supply of ferric chloride FeCl3, quality E, 41% in solution for drinking water for the water purification process from the ‘Mayenne’ river, estimated quantity: 450 tonnes / year.
Lot 3: supply of doude hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide solution and FeCl3 ferric chloride for the water purification, sanitation and swimming pool water treatment processes as well as the return of returnable containers , estimated quantities: bulk sodium hypochlorite: 50 tonnes / year; sodium hypochlorite in 20 liter can: 10 tons / year; IBC soda lye: 10 tonnes / year; Ferric chloride FeCl3 in bulk: 50 tons / year.
Lot 4: supply of liquefied carbon dioxide, estimated quantities: 150 tonnes / year.
Lot 5: supply of powdered activated carbon, estimated quantities: 12 tonnes / year. Duration of the framework agreement: 4 years

Type of procedure: framework agreement concluded according to a procedure adapted in application of articles 27 ,. 78, 79 and 80 of Decree 2016-360 of 25 March 2016 relating to framework agreements.

Justifications to produce as to the qualities and capacities of the candidate: comply with the consultation regulations provided in the consultation file.
Award criteria: economically most advantageous offer assessed according to the criteria set out below with their weighting: – price of services: 60%,
– technical value of the offer: 40%.
