Supermarkets, where are the lowest prices? Who wins the challenge (according to Altroconsumo)

The Altroconsumo survey on supermarkets

The surge in prices is pushing many Italians to shop more wisely. So then the choice of the supermarket in addition to comfort and cleanliness (two elements that are still fundamental for Italian customers), today as never before, also responds to the need to save as much as possible on purchases. Altroconsumo carried out a survey on a sample of just under 10 thousand people to which it asked which supermarkets are considered to be trusted. The answers, divided by categories, also allowed a ranking of the cheaper supermarkets. And so, next to Esselunga, which stands out in the general classification, the Aldi chain among the discount stores, and Ipercoop for its own brand products, here is Tosano (one of the most deeply rooted realities from Brescia to Venice, up to Ferrara) most appreciated for the prices of its products. Let’s take a closer look at the cheapest supermarkets, hypermarkets and discount stores.
