Supermarket Director (m / f) – ANGERS sector

Within a company in full strategic evolution, you are responsible for the operation of one of our supermarkets with high turnover, within which you implement the commercial concept of the brand. As a true leader, you manage, support, train and develop the skills of your team. Your goal: customer satisfaction!

Your missions & your development

• Manager of 20 to 40 employees: organization and distribution of tasks, management of schedules, recruitment, integration and training of new entrants
• Optimize customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the good performance of the supermarket in terms of location and availability of products, cleanliness and price display
• Ensure the supply in a complete way and in adequacy with the needs of the supermarket: optimize the stock of goods while avoiding the shortages and the overstocks, control in a regular way the quality and the rotations in accordance with the regulations in force.
• Daily support your team in the field in running the supermarket, ensuring the professionalism of your employees and the quality of customer service
• Develop the profitability of your point of sale by analyzing and controlling economic indicators

The ideal profile

• You have a Bac +5 training with or without experience or Bac +3/4 with 3 years of management experience or Bac +2 with 8 years of management experience.
• Dynamic, you have a sense of responsibility and organization
• Responsive, you know how to make decisions adapted to the situations encountered in the field
• Your leadership and your interpersonal skills will enable you to lead your teams towards efficiency and autonomy.
