Superbonus 110%, the suspension of the credit transfer
The Post Office has suspended the acceptance of new credit transfer practices. What are the reasons for this move?
As far as we know, this is a temporary decision to which the recent rulings of the Supreme Court which confirmed the legitimacy of the preventive seizures of credits acquired on suspicious transactions at Poste, Cdp, Illimity Bank, Groupama and Banco di Desio e Brianza must not be extraneous. . But, probably, there is also a need to take time to wait for the regulatory changes on bonuses and transfers that should come with the Budget law. The suspension only concerns new practices and does not involve ongoing investigations.
