The Sun Door airline, from the El Al group, is launching a new route for the summer of 2023 of flights to Cyprus. This is the resort town of Paphos in western Cyprus which is blessed with magnificent beaches and ancient sites.
Paphos, a magical resort town full of beautiful and spectacular lagoons and beaches, offers a perfect tummy-back vacation along with diverse trips and attractions for the whole family. Paphos has an antiquities park and interesting kings’ tombs. The Israelis love to walk in the old city and the promenade in the port of Paphos.
Paphos is also known for its lively Jewish life thanks to three kosher hotels – the Blue Lagoon, Capris Spa Resort, and recently the Secret Forest in the mountains above Paphos was also opened. In addition, you can eat kosher in a Chabad house, in kosher restaurants, and there is even a modern mikveh that opened recently.
Shopping enthusiasts will be able to celebrate a shopping experience at the “Kings” mall, which offers a variety of international brands and also a branch of the favorite chain of Israelis – Jumbo.
Sun Dor will operate four weekly flights on Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday. The first flight is expected to take off on Rosh Chodesh Sivan, 21.5.23. The flight line will operate until Rosh Chodesh Chesvan, 10/16/23. Ticket sales began today at a launch price of only $149. Members of El Al’s frequent flyer club will be able to accumulate and redeem club points on the flight in accordance with El Al’s policy.
The Sun Door flight line to Paphos joins the ten vacation destinations for the summer of 2023, among them: Thessaloniki, Istanbul, Naples, Porto, Tivat-Montenegro, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Tbilisi, Larnaca and Sharm el-Sheikh.
