Summer Beachgoers Encounter Reptiles on the Black Sea

The summer season has arrived in full force, and the beaches along the Black Sea are already filled with sun-thirsty people. It turns out that the place is a favorite not only of the locals and guests around the resorts, but also of the reptiles.

A man shared a close encounter he had with a water snake on a beach in Sozopol. Ivaylo S. says that the reptile ended up in the envelope next to his head while he was lying on the warm sand, writes glasnews.bg.

He also shared footage showing the size of the snake he encountered on Paradise Beach. Subsequently, she headed out to sea and disappeared into the shallows.

“I’m lying on Paradise Bay, and something rustles in the envelope next to my head. I turn around and a snake crawls up to my head,” says Ivaylo S.
