I have the following question:
When drawing an old-age pension, it is possible to receive a subsidy for private health insurance (PKV) to get.
Here: wife is with husband in one PKV insured. Contribution with wife 302 €, without wife 220 €.
Wife is now drawing a new pension. Husband has been drawing a pension for a long time and receives a subsidy.
Is the grant to PKV for my wife tied to a separate contribution to PKV or is the subsidy also granted if no separate contribution but a higher contribution has to be paid for the co-insured wife?
