PSSI Technical Director Indra Sjafri also confirmed that Shin and his staff were in Bandung. On Monday afternoon, Shin Tae Yong immediately requested a light training session before undergoing the actual training on Tuesday (20/9).
Indra explained that all the players called up by Shin for the friendly against Curacao on 24 and 27 September had no problem joining. All the players are expected to reunite tonight.
“It’s all here tonight,” Indra said.
Shin Tae Yong has called up 23 players for the test match against Curacao. Of the 23 players there are two new faces. The two players are Ferrari and Muhammad Ramadhan Sananta (PSM Makassar).
The match against Curacao is scheduled to take place at Gelora Bandung Lautan Api stadium on 24 September and Pakansari stadium on 27 September. The duel between Indonesia and Curacao is in preparation for the 2022 AFF Cup later this year.
