The internship sheet is given to the CDU by the student after editing from EnexNG. With this sheet must be provided:
– a welcome email from the tutor or the company’s HR
– a civil liability insurance certificate (insurance information)
– a repatriation and health insurance certificate for internships outside the EU
– a copy of your European health insurance card for internships in the EU
The internship agreement is published by SOIE after agreement of the training sheet by the CDU, CDP and SOIE. An electronic signature request is then sent by email to the 5 signatories of the agreement. Once everyone has signed, everyone receives the valid copy of the agreement (.pdf format)
Attention
all of the information entered in the EnexNG form must be validated by the host organization, there are often errors which block the signing of the agreement because the student has incorrectly completed his EnexNG form.
Internships abroad
- Request for prior authorization from the promotions secretariat
- Certificate from the Department of Languages and Cultures for internships in China, Russia and Japan
- Non-French speaking students must validate a C1 level at the TCF to do their internship abroad
Reminder on the host organization
- Must be a company, a start-up or a public administration with more than 5 employees
- Cannot be a research center, laboratory, association or hospital
