“Storm of Love”: Viola Wedekind will be leaving this month
“Sturm der Liebe” fans will soon have to do without the most intriguing character in the series: Ariane Kalenberg, played by the popular actress Viola Wedekind, 44, will soon be leaving the telenovela. This was officially confirmed by TV Spielfilm.
Ariane is currently on trial. The verdict will be pronounced on Tuesday, June 28, and it is already clear: With the verdict, Wedekind’s time on “Storm of Love” ends. But even if she turns her back on the series as a performing actress, the telenovela will not completely disappear from her life, after all she is currently with her colleague Sven Waasner, 42, who plays Erik Vogt on “SdL”.

She dedicated Ronja Forcher’s first single to her grandmother
Ronja Forcher, 26, known to fans for her role in “Der Bergdoktor”, among other things, will release her first single on Friday, June 24th, entitled “Book with many pages”. In an emotional post on Instagram, she lovingly introduces her grandmother, to whom she dedicated this song. “I was lucky enough to grow up with such a great and inspiring woman and to take my first big steps next to her,” she writes under a photo with her grandmother.
Another post, which shows a snippet of the music video in which she is seen with her grandmother, continued: “It was such an honor for me to write this song for you and to have the most beautiful weekend with you. when we shot the music video. I love you forever.” The fans on the social media platform are touched and full of anticipation. “Pure goosebumps!” Says one fan. “I already love this song and its meaning sooo much,” writes another.
“Peaky Blinders”: This is how the series will continue after season 6
“Peaky Blinders” viewers have had to wait a long time for the sixth season of the popular gangster series. It was recently released on Netflix and quite a few fans were annoyed, after all the last season ends with a big cliffhanger. But that shouldn’t be the final end of “Peaky Blinders”: A continuation of the series has already been secured, but not in the form of a seventh season.
Instead, the story about the Shelbys is told to the end with a film. This should play at the beginning of the Second World War – so a few years after the end of the sixth season, which takes place around 1933. A script for the film is not yet available, and filming is not scheduled for 2023. After all, it is already clear that the main actor, Cillian Murphy, 46, will slip back into the role of Tommy.

“Obi-Wan Kenobi”: Lead writer not thinking of a sequel
“Obi-Wan Kenobi,” the “Star Wars” limited series starring Ewan McGregor, 51, concludes on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. The question that many enthusiastic viewers are now asking is: Is this just a temporary ending? After all, the show takes place ten years after Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith and just as long before Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. So there would still be more than enough time to continue the story of the aging Jedi Knight in a second season.
Lead writer Joby Harold gave his thoughts on a possible sequel in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. Accordingly, he would have regarded the Disney show as a completed work. Since it is a limited series, he would not have thought about it beyond that. Even if that doesn’t have to mean anything for a sequel – after all, other authors can also be involved in a second season. Or there are already internal discussions on the subject that Harold has to keep quiet about. At least the great success – with fans as well as critics – would speak for a sequel to “Obi-Wan Kenobi”, even if there is currently no official talk of it.

“In all friendship”: serial death could save the life of Kathrin’s daughter
After her accident, the daughter of Dr. Kathrin Globisch (Andrea Kathrin Loewig, 55) is still in critical condition. Only a liver transplant can now save her life, but Kathrin is out of the question as a donor. She has no other choice: she has to contact Hanna’s biological father – and Kathrin’s rapist – Michael Linse (Tom Jahn, 56) and he also agrees to come to the Sachsenklinik and be tested. In fact, he is suitable as a donor, but he has one condition for the surgery.
He reveals to a horrified Kathrin that he will only donate part of his liver if he can play a role in the life of Kathrin’s daughter Hanna. Kathrin does not want to be blackmailed and angrily refuses. When she is already in the car, she witnesses Michael being hit by a van and seriously injured. He is taken to the Sachsenklinik, where his brain death is determined. Kathrin, severely traumatized by the events, can now draw new hope that her daughter will still be saved – if Michael’s mother, who is called to the clinic, agrees to an organ donation. How the drama about Hanna continues will be shown in today’s episode “Life and Death”.
“Bridgerton”: Is Regé-Jean Page’s return to the series imminent?
Bridgerton viewers had to do without fan favorite Regé-Jean Page, 34, in his role as Simon Basset for the second season. By the end of Season 1, he had found his happy ending with his child’s wife and mother, Daphne Basset (formerly Bridgerton), played by Phoebe Dynevor, 27. While she also made a few guest appearances in Season 2 of the popular Netflix series, Page was absent.
“Regé-Jean has always been very open about his intention to end the show after season one and move on to other projects,” a source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper. However, that may have changed now. As the insider told the newspaper, there have been talks about returning for the third season of “Bridgerton” with the actor. Nothing has been “officially agreed” on this yet, but there are some indications that fans of the series can look forward to seeing each other again in the new episodes.

“Red Roses”: Fans apparently have to say goodbye to David and Franzi soon
“Red Roses” fans must be prepared for an early farewell – at least everything looks like it at the moment. After David (Arne Rudolf, 32) and Franzi (Sofie Junker, 25) finally got back together, they spend every free second together. But her happiness in love seems to come to an abrupt end when Franzi receives the news that she has to return to the naval ship in Rostock in two days. At first, both are sure that their love will be strong enough to survive the physical separation, but then David has another idea: He would like to lease a beach café in Rostock to be closer to Franzi.
He promises the sum of 25,000 euros from his account with the cryptocurrency, but has to cope with a bitter disappointment when, after some deliberation, he finally remembers the password for the account: The price crash cost him a lot of money. He is deeply disappointed until his father Gunter (Hermann Toelcke, 68) agrees to lend him the money for the beach café. Now nothing stands in the way of a future together for David and Franzi in Rostock – and far from Lüneburg. The next episodes will show whether the two “Red Roses” will leave forever.
