According to Clic Santé, those who have not canceled have received or will soon receive an email confirmation including the date of their appointment that they had initially selected.
At 5 p.m., however, it was still impossible to make an appointment in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean due to the persistent computer problem. Clic Santé assures us that everything should be back to normal soon.
