SteelSeries today presented a new headset from the Arctis series. The equipment will offer the possibility of wireless connection to two devices and will be compatible with, among others, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC. Get to know the details.

SteelSeries Arctis 9 is the latest headset from the Danish manufacturer offering 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity for PC and PlayStation and the versatility of Bluetooth. The company on the box no longer announces a collaboration with “PS4”, but simply highlights “PlayStation” because the device will be compatible not only with PlayStation 4, but also with the upcoming PlayStation 5.
The headset offers gamers with SteelSeries 2.4GHz ultra-low latency lossless wireless technology, so fans of modern gameplay can count on the highest lag-free audio quality – for PC and PlayStation. Identical to previous models (Arctis Pro Wireless i Arctis 9X), SteelSeries Arctis 9 can be simultaneously connected to mobile devices via Bluetooth (phone calls, music, voice chat) and at the same time enjoy the sound of games thanks to 2.4GHz.
The SteelSeries Arctis 9 does not revolutionize the approach of its family, so the equipment has again received a modern Discord-certified microphone. The “Majk” ClearCast uses a bi-directional design to ensure noise reduction and natural, clear sound.
The latest equipment from the Danish manufacturer offers batteries that allow for a continuous game for 20 hours and again in the construction we can distinguish a steel headband and Airweave cushions. Arctis 9 also features ChatMix, which allows gamers to adjust the game and voice chat audio levels through buttons located directly on the handset.
