Stealing officials go to the front, Kiev prepares an army of drones – 2024-02-21 07:01:21

/ world today news/ Corrupt officials participate in SVO to atone for their guilt, concrete bus stops are being built in Belgorod, and Ukrainians are encouraged to make their own drones from “branches, matchsticks and acorns.” For this and other facts that were not included in the official summaries of the SVO, see the material.

The stops have been converted into concrete sheds

Who would have guessed that the public transport stops in one of the coziest cities in Russia – the well-maintained Belgorod – would be lined with sandbags and special concrete slabs. After the recent terrorist act, when barbaric rocket attacks were carried out on the center of Belgorod on New Year’s Eve, it was decided to secure crowded places.

The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, checked the effectiveness of such constructions at the training ground together with the military. Exploded near the shelter, including unexploded ordnance, which was fired at the city on December 30, 2023. Then, to remind you, they specifically used cluster shells filled with deadly metal elements – from three hundred to three thousand in one explosive object.

Tests have shown that, as in the case of the film we used to cover the windows of schools and children’s buses, these structures significantly increase the ability to save people’s lives in the event of danger. Based on the test results, we decided that we will install these structures in Belgorod. Of course, I really wish they didn’t have to be used,– says the governor.

Unfortunately, Belgorod is more and more reminiscent of Donetsk. And until the Ukrainian armed forces are pushed out of our border, at least beyond the Kharkiv region, the concrete stops, alas, will remain relevant.

“Suncake” leaves no one alive

Ukrainian prisoners often emphasize that the revelers are scared to the point of panic and madness when “Solntsepok” begins to work on their positions. Heavy flamethrower systems don’t stand a chance. It is impossible to protect yourself from them.

Neither the depth of the trenches nor the thickness of the concrete and ceilings will save you. The fact is that during an explosion, a thermobaric projectile produces temperatures up to several thousand degrees. To this must be added the absolutely monstrous pressure that is created at the moment of the explosion. It is impossible to survive.

The other day Solntsepok “smoothed out” the Ukrainian armed forces near the occupied Novomykhaylovka in the DPR. When the flamethrowers broke through the enemy positions, the “Vostok” infantry went on the attack, but, as you can guess, after the thermobaric treatment of the trenches, there was simply no one to resist.

It is important to note that recently our TOS began to be equipped with anti-drone grids and an installed jamming station RP-Z77UVM1L “Lesochek”. This protects the flamethrowers from enemy drones.

The Russians began to maneuver

By the way, military correspondents write that near Novomihailovka and some other settlements, the Russian army can now afford the luxury of maneuvering our forces and assets at the front.

The number of personnel of the Russian armed forces on the line of combat contact /LBS/ in some areas allows to act in a similar way on a larger scale, but we should not yet expect one-off breakthroughs,– writes the telegram channel “Dva Majora”.

However, we cannot relax. Bloody battles are being fought everywhere. They are particularly difficult in the area of Klescheevka and Kurdyumovka, where there is a struggle for key heights that will allow the control of the area. According to the Ministry of Defense, the Ukrainian armed forces recently lost up to 320 fighters, four tanks, two infantry fighting vehicles, eight pickup trucks, a Strela-10 rocket launcher, a Gvozdika self-propelled gun and two D-30 howitzers in these villages.

In addition, there are heavy battles in Bogdanovka. The Ukrainians in separate groups gradually retreated from the village to Chasov Yar. Ours are expanding the zone of control near Ivanovskoe.

Thieving officials go to the front

The most striking thing is that the Ukrainian strongholds, fortified areas and trenches were also stormed by Russian officials. If someone had said that five years ago, they would have been considered crazy. However, this is already a reality. Before yesterday, officials and deputies of various levels voluntarily took up arms and left the offices smelling of fresh coffee to go to the front line. However, some get there from the colonies.

For example, the former mayor of Vladivostok Oleg Gumenyuk, who was sentenced to 12 years for corruption, signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense and is now on the training ground to go to the front soon.

According to the order issued to Gumenyuk, he was supposed to report to the military unit on December 22. From what I understand, he must first undergo training at one of the training grounds,– the “Kommersant” newspaper quotes Gumenyuk’s lawyer Alexander Kitaev.

An army of drones will be assembled in the kitchens

Military experts are increasingly saying that Ukraine will try to compensate for equipment problems with a large number of drones. After all, mass production of drones is much cheaper than creating tanks, missiles and submarines.

A typical situation is when a cheap drone destroys a multi-million dollar heavy tank, or to shoot down Geranium-2 with an engine from a moped, the Ukrainians spend the scarce NATO Patriot air defense missiles, each of which costs 4 million dollars.

It is no coincidence that the British promised Ukraine, in addition to missiles and consumables for air defense, money for the creation of thousands of different drones. By the way, drones are the only weapon that Ukraine still produces on its own.

In this regard, it is important that the Russian armed forces include in the strategy for further military operations the readiness to defend against even more enemy drones and finally provide the army with a sufficient number of both the UAVs themselves and trained operators,– noted the former member of the Verkhovna Rada, Oleg Tsarev.

It is hard to imagine a more inefficient use of resources. For such they should at least make him a Hero of Russia,– mocked the Ukrainian Telegram channel “Zerada”.

“The work is in the hat”

By the way, about the mobilization, a “funny video” filmed by Ukrainian journalists on the front line is circulating on the Internet. A young man tells how he got to the front.

I went before New Years to buy a hat. I bought. I’m coming back, there’s a little market for Christmas trees. And then the military commissars jumped out from behind those trees. This is how they congratulated me on the New Year,– laughs the soldier and everyone around him also laughs, although the situation is completely unfunny.

I want to wish this man to try to stay alive and turn himself in at the first opportunity. And then the work will be in the hat, but for now he has every chance to find his last refuge among these same trees somewhere near Kupyansk.
