State funding for two schools – Waldshut district

Money for community schools.

(BZ). The state of Baden-Württemberg is investing 5.575 million euros in the future of children and their education in the Waldshut district. The two community schools in Wutöschingen and Albbruck will have more space for their students. The two state parliament members Niklas Nüssle (Greens) and Sabine Hartmann-Müller (CDU) provide information in a joint press release.

Niklas Nüssle, who has been involved in the development of the Alemannenschule in his home town of Wutöschingen since 2019, welcomes the funding. The new “red learning house”, the construction of which is now being funded by the state with more than 3.7 million euros, enables the Alemannenschule to continue to grow. The funding of around two million euros for the Albbruck community school is also an important step towards the best education.

The CDU member of the state parliament, Sabine Hartmann-Müller, is also happy about the funding for the community schools. With new educational concepts, the structural requirements for school buildings also changed. Structural changes at the schools are also necessary in order to expand all-day offers and inclusion.
