March 14 Release Date Announced

Exciting news for Star Wars fans and gamers alike as the highly anticipated Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection is set to launch on multiple platforms. The iconic game series will be made available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series, as well as PC via Steam on March 14.

Enhanced Features and Expanded Content

The Battlefront Classic Collection bundle includes the two original games with brand new maps, characters, and much more. Fans can expect an enhanced gaming experience with additional gameplay elements to explore.

Newly announced characters, Kit Fisto and Asajj Ventress, will join the Star Wars universe, while the beloved Jabba’s Palace will serve as one of the new battlegrounds for players to conquer.

The announcement reads, “It’s time to relive intense battles from the Star Wars galaxy in the Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection.” Players will have the opportunity to engage in thrilling firefights across massive battlefields on the ground, in the air, and in space. Choose your side and participate as the Empire, Rebellion, Republic, or the Separatist Alliance.

Take control of unique classes, pilot various vehicles, and embody iconic heroes and villains from different eras of the Star Wars universe. The game offers solo, local, and online play modes, allowing for endless hours of excitement.

Expanded Content for Battlefront 2

In addition to the Classic Collection, Battlefront 2 players will also receive updates. While the original Battlefront will feature the Jabba’s Palace map exclusively, Battlefront 2 will introduce Bespin: Cloud City, Rhen Var: Harbor, Rhen Bar: Citadel, and Yavin 4: Arena as new playable areas.

Revamped Hero Assault Mode

One of the exciting updates is the Hero Assault mode, which now enables players to assume the roles of popular characters like Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. This revamped mode can be experienced on all ground maps for the first time with the Classic Collection, enhancing the immersion and intensity of battles.
