The fifth stage was the most decaffeinated of what we carry from Tour of Francia. The sprinters’ teams put down the escape attempts for 180 kilometers and the victory was decided on the sprint, where they finished Wout van Aert Jumbo-Visma’s previous work. Adam Yates is the new leader after Alaphilippe received a 20 second penalty.
