From June 29, the State Revenue Service (SRS) will resume full-time customer service in Liepāja, Ventspils, Daugavpils, Valmiera, Jēkabpils, Jelgava and Rēzekne, informs the SRS.
Due to safety and precautionary requirements, residents will not be served without prior appointment. In these cities, on-site customer service, as before the emergency, will take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The addresses of the mentioned customer service points are as follows: in Liepāja – Jūras Street 25/29; Ventspils – Dzintaru Street 22/9; In Daugavpils – Klusā Street 4A; In Valmiera – Beātes Street 49; Jēkabpils – Friendship Alley 2; In Jelgava – Lielā Street 6 and in Rēzekne – Jupatovkas Street 11, Jupatovka, Griškānu Parish, Rēzekne County.
The SRS indicates that on-site services will be provided only by prior appointment by calling 67120005.
When visiting SRS customer service points, the SRS asks to be careful and responsible, and to observe all precautionary measures still in force in the country – to keep a distance of two meters from other people, disinfect hands, observe respiratory hygiene and other conditions for one’s own and others’ safety. The service is also called to postpone a visit to the SRS if you feel signs of respiratory disease, as well as not to come if self-isolation, home quarantine or strict isolation is specified.
Residents can receive all SRS services electronically in the SRS Electronic Declaration System.
You can receive SRS consultations by calling the SRS Consultative Phone 67120000 or by asking your question in writing in the SRS EDS section Correspondence with the SRS. It is important that when calling the SRS Advisory Phone 67120000, everyone can also receive a personalized consultation, as long as they call the SRS EDS and call the code shown there.
