Sri Mulyani Explains KPK Data Problems 13,800 Employees Have Not Reported LHKPN 2022

Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani responds to the matter of the KPK still waiting for the 2022 LHKPN 13,800 employees Ministry of Finance. Sri Mulyani conveyed that every year, Ministry of Finance employees obey to report the State Administration Wealth Report (LHKPN).

According to information from the KPK, this period’s LHKPN reporting is up to March 31.

“The deadline for periodic LHKPN reporting is March 31 of the current year with the position of assets as of December 31 of the previous year. So that 13,800 Ministry of Finance employees still have time to report their assets until March 31, 2023,” wrote the KPK in its statement, Saturday (25/2/ 2023).

“So, this data is dynamic and will continue to change along with the fulfillment of these obligations until the specified time limit,” he said.

According to the Corruption Eradication Committee, the Ministry of Finance is the agency that has expanded the mandatory report (WL) LHKPN. “According to the 2021 periodic eLHKPN data, there are a total of 33,370 WL at the Ministry of Finance,” he said.

Sri Mulyani Affirms that Ministry of Finance Employees Obey

Initially, Sri Mulyani explained the rules regarding LHKPN obligations. According to him, only officials are required to report to the LHKPN.

“LHKPN obligations are regulated in Law 30/2002 sttd Law 19/2019, for State Officials who carry out executive, legislative or judicial functions, and other officials whose main functions and duties are related to the administration of the state in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, ” he said through his Instagram account, Saturday (25/2/2023).

Sri Mulyani mentioned the number of Ministry of Finance employees who are required to report LHKPN. It is said that there are as many as 32,191 required to report in 2022.

“In the Ministry of Finance, not all employees are required to report LHKPN, but only employees and officials who have been stipulated in KMK 83/2021 regarding the Mandatory Reporting List (WL) within the Ministry of Finance are 33,370 (2021) and 32,191 (2022). Mandatory Reports include: JPT Madya (Echelon-1) and Pratama (Echelon-2) and Stafsus, Procurement officials and treasurers, Customs and Excise Inspectors, AR, Tax Assessors, Tax Auditors, Auctioneers, Widyaiswara, Tax court judges, and echelon III and IV officials as well implementers in certain units,” he said.

In addition, at the Ministry of Finance, Sri Mulyani said that employees who are not required to report at the LHKPN still report assets through an internal application at the Ministry of Finance.

“Employees who are not required to report LHKPN still report assets and SPT through the Tax and Asset Reporting Application (Alpha), which is an internal reporting application within the Ministry of Finance,” said Sri.

“In 2021 LHKPN reporting through e-lhkpn will be integrated with Alpha, so that it is enough for those who are required to report LHKPN to report once,” he said.

Sri explained that from 2017 to 2021, all Ministry of Finance employees reported to the LHKPN. Only one person did not complete the paperwork in 2021.

“The level of compliance with the mandatory LHKPN report at the Ministry of Finance reaches 100% (2017-2021). In 2021 only 1 person does not complete the document,” he said.

“For 2022 Reporting, the process is still running until March 31, 2023. Status is up to February 23, 2022; 18,306 employees (56.87%) have reported and 13,885 (43.13%) have not reported. The Ministry of Finance requires employees to report more LHKPN, Alpha and SPT early, namely before February 28, 2023,” he said.

Sri asked her employees to complete the mandatory reporting at the LHKPN as in previous years.

“Same as in previous years – the reporting compliance of Ministry of Finance employees must reach 100%,” he said.
