Square Enix maintains its presence at PAX East but cancels a FF XIV event

If the coronavirus is right for several events, Square Enix will respond to the PAX East 2020 not without canceling its Final Fantasy XIV event.

While Sony has canceled its presence at PAX East 2020 because of the coronavirus, Square Enix will travel well to the American event, not without a concession.

Due to the spread of the virus in East Asia, the publisher has decided to cancel its event dedicated to Final Fantasy XIV and therefore the arrival of the developers in Boston. The FFXIV livestream with Naoki Yoshida will still take place.

The rest of the program remains untouched. Players will be able to put their hands on a demo of Final Fantasy VII Remake, get autographs from English interpreters and take photos on Cloud’s motorbike.

Outriders, the next game from the creators of Bulletstorm, will be there for the timea panel focused on creating the game world 29 February.
