On Saturday evening, the band Alphaville warmed up the visitors. Hits like “Big In Japan”, “Forever Young” and “Sounds Like A Melody” made Alphaville one of the world’s most famous bands in the mid-80s. The debut album “Forever Young” sold more than a million copies worldwide in 1984. Their hits have now become real classics in music history. But it doesn’t stop there: in 2010 they celebrated their comeback with the album “Catching Rays On Giant” – Alphaville are currently working on their album “Thunderbaby”, which should be released this year.
