PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reports that Bobby Lashley is set to return for the final Raw ahead of WrestleMania this Monday, March 28 at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
“The All Mighty” was pulled from the Elimination Chamber match at the eponymous Premium Live event on February 19, 2022 while recovering from a legitimate injury. It was initially believed that he would need shoulder surgery and then be out for a long time, but that no longer seems to be the case. So the 45-year-old is very fortunate as it looks like he won’t miss this year’s WrestleMania.
Just a few days ago, Fightful Select reported that WWE was planning a match between Omos and Bobby Lashley for WrestleMania. If this planning continues, the match should be initiated or confirmed on Monday.
At last year’s Mania, Lashley successfully defended the WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre in the opening match.
