The first “Vienna Conference” of the SPÖ capital on Saturday should be smaller, more modern, more interactive. Only last May, at the State Conference of the SPÖ Party, a proposal for a statute was approved that provides only the most important organ of the SPÖ in its full size with about 1,000 delegates every two years. For the moment, an agreement has been reached on a savings option: the “Vienna Conference” with a minimum of 400 delegates.
