Developer Illfonic has Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed announced. The game will be released in the last quarter of 2022. Illfonic is an independent studio best known for Predator: Hunting Grounds.

In Spirits Unleashed you and 3 other friends go on a ghost hunt. While hunting, you can use various traps and gadgets.

The playable Ghostbusters are new characters in Spirits Unleashed, but the places in the game can be recognized from the movies.

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed has crossplay on all available platforms. The game will be released in late 2022 on PC (via the Epic Games Store), Playstation 4, Platstation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
