European Researchers’ Night: an exceptional evening from 6:30 pm to midnight

For an extraordinary evening, it will be possible put yourself in the shoes of a researcher and find out a field full of unexpected events. Change of subject, unexpected discoveries, surprises in the field or during experiments, contributions from amateurs and / or beginners, brilliant ideas, researchers cultivate serendipity every day!

An event organized by Cap Sciences, University of Bordeaux, University of Bordeaux Montaigne, CNRS, Inria and INRAE.

Like the life of researchers, this night of September 30 will be full of unexpected events. To familiarize themselves with the world of research, Cap Sciences and the organizers have come up with a fun, intimate program for all ages you can no longer search See instead:

  1. Search speed:

    Like Speed ​​dating, meet researchers from all disciplines and change every 8 minutes to discover new research.

  2. Researchers on air:

    Discover the contingencies of research told by different scientists. 2 hours of live broadcast hosted by Radio Campus Bordeaux 88.1 and by the Science Merchants (students of the master’s degree in Scientific Mediation).

  3. Word of mouth:

    How does a story change if it is repeated 15 times? Listen carefully to researchers to convey their research as faithfully as possible.

  4. Dating in the dark:

    Hear the story of the seekers in the dark. But first, bet on the right researcher who the research will belong to.
