The Bell Residential Acquired Customer Marketing team is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Acquired Customer Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Acquired Customer Marketing, the successful candidate will have experience in marketing, project management and data interpretation as well as channel experience. He must have an eye for detail, a good strategic and analytical mind, be organized and must be able to demonstrate originality. This talented person must have demonstrated success in influencing and delivering results through multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will develop, deploy and provide the appropriate support for new customer onboarding marketing campaigns. Each day at Bell residential services is unique so there is no typical day. However, the main responsibilities are below.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop a campaign strategy that facilitates the onboarding of new customers in order to optimize their experience from the moment of the sale until the installation
  • Drive product engagement throughout the first 60 days of the customer lifecycle by leveraging various marketing tactics
  • Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to gain engagement and alignment of key partners as well as the executive team
  • Track, analyze and report results weekly to come up with recommendations that will drive growth and intervene with potential risks, while monitoring overall campaign performance
  • Actively contribute to the Marketing planning cycle in general

Essential skills and abilities:

  • University degree in business and at least two to three years of experience
  • Proven ability for strategic thinking and creative problem solving
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting legal requirements and required deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly in order to launch new initiatives
  • Great autonomy and spirit of initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and derive information and action plans
  • Ease of presenting projects to large groups, including executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to move projects forward by exerting influence towards a single goal
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be flexible and able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment

Desired skills:

  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry players and competitive landscape
  • Experience in marketing strategy and project management

Working conditions:

  • Comfortable working in a virtual team and interacting with multiple teams
