Madrid, December 18 (EFE).- The Spanish singer Isabel Pantoja announced this Sunday a tour of the United States in February 2023, after obtaining an entry visa to that country.
The artist had planned to perform his show “Fall in love” in November and December this year, but it was not possible due to the “strenuous bureaucratic process” of obtaining such permission, his press office reported in a statement.
The delay consumed, in turn, the time needed “to complete visas for the musicians” and the rest of the team.
“It must be emphasized that the I-129 visa petition requested for Isabel Pantoja was originally granted by the United States Department of Immigration,” the statement said, and the postponement of the tour was due to “reasons independent” of the artist and promoters.
The singer’s concerts are scheduled at the James L. Knight Center in Miami on February 10 and 11; United Palace Theater in New York, on the 17th; Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, on the 19th; and Coliseo de Puerto Rico, in San Juan, on the 26th.
Isabel Pantoja hasn’t been particularly prodigal on stage in 2022; she in Spain she only offered one concert on August 6 at a festival in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz, southwest).
