Spanish flu and corona: US twin brothers both die of pandemic

The two brothers were born on December 5, 1919, and a few weeks later Samuel died during the great flu pandemic. Samuel died shortly after the two brothers were born, CNN reports.

“History repeats itself”

Grandson Warren Zysman tells the news channel that he was always afraid to experience a new pandemic. “The last few days, he talked a lot about his brother,” said Zysman. “He used to tell me that history repeats itself.”
