As soon as it can start again in La Liga, the clubs should be better prepared for it.
The Spanish league boss Javier Tebas urges the clubs that they have to play again as soon as the authorities allow it despite the corona pandemic.
If teams refused, there would be sanctions.
“Against such a club, the Spanish football association RFEF would initiate disciplinary proceedings, cut three points for not appearing, and would be able to go home in the end,” quotes the newspaper “Sport” Tebas on Saturday.
Against a complete cancellation
Tebas further refuses to cancel the season completely due to Corona. La Liga will lose a billion euros if the season is finally canceled.
If played without a spectator, 350 million euros would still be lost.

When and under what conditions the game can be resumed is currently a heated debate in football enthusiastic Spain. One only agrees that it could only be ghost games without spectators.
No games since March 11
Due to the pandemic, football has not been played in the Spanish stadiums since March 11th. With more than 220,000 infected and nearly 23,000 dead from the Sars CoV-2 virus, Spain is one of the countries most severely affected by the lung disease.
A very strict emergency plan has been in force across the country since mid-March and at least until May 9th. Outdoor sports are prohibited. The measures are starting to take effect:
For the second day in a row, more of those recovering from the lung disease than those newly infected with the coronavirus were registered on Saturday, the Ministry of Health announced. The number of corona deaths per day has also fallen sharply.
