REDMOND, iNews.id – Platform Xbox Microsoft has a subscription service called Xbox Game Pass. This will give users access to a library of games that they can play at any time for a fixed price each month.
The price offered is certainly cheaper than buying individual titles. However, you may not necessarily have access to new games. Nonetheless, it looks like Sony could develop something similar of their own.
According to a report from Bloomberg they claim Sony is apparently developing a similar service codenamed “Spartacus” which will offer essentially the same features as Xbox Game Pass.
However, it seems that this could be a little different in the sense that it will offer three different tiers for users to choose from. The first tier will offer features similar to PlayStation Plus, as quoted from Ubergizmo.
