In 2020, during the CES fair, it was revealed the first plans of the Japanese for electric cars. It turns out that the company’s plans are very extensive. Today not only the second product was presented, but above all it was confirmed that the machines can be sold.
Sony has presented a plan to bring the cars to the market, one of the manifestations of which will be the creation of the operating company “Sony Mobility Inc.” in the spring of 2022. The task of the employees will be „checking the possibility of entering the electric vehicle market”.

The corporation does not yet make lofty announcements and specific dates, specifications and prices, all actions seem carefully thought out.
On the occasion of CES 2022, we saw the second Sony vehicle – Sony VISION-S 02 to prototyp SUV-a, which, according to the information provided, is currently being tested on public roads. The 7-seater car is still a prototype, but together with the VISION-S 01, it is to be a response to the needs of many groups of customers with different lifestyles who share different values.
