Jakarta (ANTARA) – Sony managed to get stock chip to produce the PlayStation 5 game console in line with this year’s target.
Sony’s chief financial officer, Hiroki Totoki, said he had enough stock chip to meet the target of 14.8 million PlayStation 5 units in this fiscal year, quoted from Cnet, Thursday.
Last week, Sony sold 10 million PlayStation 5 devices since the console launched about nine months ago.
The impact of the semiconductor crisis on Sony is quite pronounced, some time ago it was difficult to get the PS5 due to supply constraints chip.
