Son of deceased Gina Lollobrigida angry about will: “Her vulnerability was taken advantage of” | Celebrities

Lollobrigida, who became known as “the most beautiful woman in the world” in the 1960s and starred in dozens of films, passed away on January 16 at the age of 95. Her will has since been published in the Italian media. It says that the movie star divided her wealth between her 66-year-old son Milko Skofic Jr. and her 35-year-old toyboy Andrea Piazzolla.

The division of her inheritance came about after Lollobrigida took some legal action against her son in the last years of her life. She accused him of humiliating her. He also allegedly infringed on her “legitimate right to grow old without being robbed.”

But Milko claims his vulnerable 95-year-old mother was conned by the young lover Piazzolla. According to him, Piazzolla manipulated his mother into transferring her wealth to him by cutting off contact between her and her family and friends.

In the Italian newspaper ‘La Repubblica’, an angry Milko declares: “Piazzolla ruined the last years of my mother’s life by isolating her from everything that is dear to her. For three years I couldn’t even enter her house.” He continues: “Her friends kept calling me asking why no one was answering their calls. Almost all of her best friends were kept away from her. He was in control.”

Lollobrigida had a relationship with Piazzolla for over ten years. When he was 24 years old he became her driver and then he was promoted to her handyman and then her manager. Afterwards he became her partner and came to live with her.
