Unanimously. The elected representatives of the Montluçon community voted this evening for aid of 5,000 euros for Ukraine. It will be paid into the External Action Fund for Local Authorities (FACECO). This structure, recognized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is managed by State agents “experts in emergency humanitarian aid” and in liaison with NGOs.
“It will not bring peace, but it is support for expatriates”, commented the president of the agglomeration, Frédéric Laporte.
