– Dear President, Erna Solberg started the declaration of accession in the Storting on 8 October 2013. The incoming Prime Minister spoke about what issues she would prioritize as the country’s leader.
The government should make Norway better equipped to face future crises. Solberg referred to the harsh criticism the 22 July commission made about the emergency preparedness.
