Those beneficiaries born between the 11th and 20th receive it on the third Wednesday. Finally, retirees born between the 11th and 20th will receive their payment on the fourth Wednesday. between the 21st and the 31st.

So how much is being sent monthly in 2023?

The average payments of retirees in this 2023 increased to approximately $1827.00 USD as revealed by the SSA in January.

In this sense, the maximum benefit for those who retire at age 62 is $2,572.00 USD per month. While workers who retire at full retirement age (67 years) obtain $3,627.00 USD.

Finally, those who retire at age 70 or older receive $4,555.00 USD monthly.

Regarding Supplemental Security Income (SSI), the average payments of the beneficiaries represent about $650.00 USD per month.

On the other hand, the maximum monthly SSI benefit is up to $914.00 for an individual and $1,371.00 for a married couple. In the latter case, both spouses must be eligible for the program.
