Social partners propose agreement to solve “acute problems” in the labor market

In addition, employers and employees also want jobseekers and long-term sick people who have not worked for two years to be better encouraged to return to work. They propose, for example, to work with a premium if those people choose to follow training that leads to a shortage profession. In addition, they advocate giving employers a social security discount when they hire people with that profile.
