Minister Tri Rismaharini Urges Social Affairs Ministry Staff to Continuously Improve Work Performance
Following the Eid al-Fitr holiday, Social Affairs Minister Tri Rismaharini urged ministry staff to consistently improve their work performance. The holiday served as a moment of reflection, and the minister observed that since assuming her position, she has been working to assist people with disabilities. As an architect, she said she will personally oversee the progress of facilities and spatial planning for people living with disabilities within her ministry’s purview. Through her experiences meeting disabled individuals, Minister Rismaharini emphasized the importance of broadening horizons and expanding knowledge to offer better services. She directed her staff to make use of their time and extend their network, reminding them to always strive for self-improvement. This call for performance improvement is in line with the ministry’s launch of an e-learning platform for civil servants and Anas’ message that tangible results require improved performance.
