Rosa Estarás (PPE), Gabriel Mato (PPE), Cristina Maestre (S&D), Adrián Vázquez (Renew), José Manuel Bauzá (Renew) and Jordi Cañas (Renew) will play alongside players from LaLiga Genuine Santander and ONCE. On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Office of the European Parliament in Spain organizes, in collaboration with LaLiga Genuine Santander and ONCE, a football match in which MEPs and people with disabilities will participate. The match will take place next Friday, December 3 at 12:00 at the Oña Sanchinarro Sports Group (Av. de Francisco Pi y Margall, 77. Madrid).
Among the MEPs who will play the match are Rosa Estarás (PPE), Gabriel Mato (PPE), Cristina Maestre (S&D), Adrián Vázquez (Renew), José Manuel Bauzá (Renew) and Jordi Cañas (Renew). In addition, the meeting will have the presence of the actors of the film Champions José de Luna and Gloria Ramos, and the Paralympic triathlete and bronze medalist in Tokyo 2020 Eva Moral.
The meeting will also be attended by Vicente del Bosque, LaLiga ambassador; Alberto Durán, vice-president of the ONCE Foundation; and Teresa Coutinho, Head of Public Relations at the Office of the European Parliament in Spain. Former referee Eduardo Iturralde will be in charge of refereeing the match.
