The way En Avant Guingamp brought a point from Nancy on Saturday (2-2) illustrated the potential of a team which, for the time being, is far from running at full speed.

There is better, of course, but they are still far from the mark. A week after the inaugural defeat against Niort, which did not bode well for an ambitious team, the Guingampais snatched a point on the lawn of Nancy on Saturday (2-2).

Lack of intransigence

Paradoxically, this draw obtained in stoppage time says as much of the potential released by the Bretons intermittently as of their current limits. He is like this team, capable of producing some high-end collective sequences for Ligue 2, but much too feverish over time to look at the top today.

That’s always a win, at a time when the first international break is emerging and the possibility, therefore, of learning to better exploit an obvious potential.
