Gym fire (Marchiori)

Big fire at dawn in Zai in Verona. The Athlon gymnasium between via Torricelli and via Salisburgo goes up in flames: the fire broke out in an equipped room around 6 this morning and the firefighters are still working to secure the premises.
The firefighters arrived on site with a fire engine, a tank truck, a ladder truck, a support vehicle and nine operators to be able to circumscribe and extinguish the flames, avoiding the involvement of the entire structure of about 2,500 square meters.
The flames damaged the spinning room and part of the roof, smoke damage to the other rooms. Surveys are now underway by the staff of the NIAT fire brigade unit (territorial fire investigation unit) to determine the causes of the fire.
