REDMOND – Qualcomm SoC Snapdragon 875 reportedly supports 100W charging. The processor can be adopted by mobile gaming manufacturers in 2021.
Quoted Sindonews, according to Digital Chat Station, one of the main features of Snapdragon 875 will support charging with a capacity of around 100 watts. Currently, three out of four gaming smartphone manufacturers in China are testing and trying to popularize charging technology with 100W of power.
Next-generation gaming smartphones coming out in 2021 will use high-capacity batteries. The battery supports very fast charging technology, around 100W.
However, industry insiders’ information as anomimic sources did not reveal brand names. Only we can assume this includes market leaders who use Qualcomm SoC, namely Xiaomi, Vivo and Oppo.
According to the latest data, the model on Snapdragon 875 will hoist the price of mobile phones.
