Snapdragon 7 Gen 2, 2.4GHz faster, with 1 + 3 + 4 cores leaked

After the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 was officially released for some time. But it’s still only used in a few smartphones. The latest information on Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 (or maybe Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1) has come out successfully. Use model number SM7475.

Roland Quandt revealed that Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 will have one main core, three secondary cores, and four energy-efficient cores. The primary core is 2.4 GHz, while the secondary core has the same maximum speed. The power-efficient core is clocked at 1.8 GHz, which is roughly the same speed as the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 with core speeds of 2.4 GHz, 2.36 GHz, and 1.8 GHz.

As for the hardware components, no information has yet been released. But expect to use the main core and the secondary core is Cortex-A715 and the smaller core will be an improved A510.

For the launch of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chip, it is expected to be launched separately from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 which will be launched in November. But still waiting for more precise information.
