Snap Inc. (NYSE: SNAP), the parent company of Snapchat, revealed an augmented reality version of its Spectacles smart glasses on Thursday.
What happened
The new Spectacles have built-in AR displays and can fade in 3D effects into the real world. It’s wireless and lasts 30 minutes on a single charge.
The glasses have two 3D waveguide displays that can overlay AR effects and also have a diagonal field of view of 26.3 degrees.
