The Slovakian national player is making a permanent move to Hellas Verona this summer. Duda was already on loan to the Italian first division team in the second half of last season.
Due to Verona’s relegation, a clause has now been activated, the 28-year-old changes for a fixed transfer fee, the Cologne team announced on Sunday.
According to media reports, the Italians are transferring around 2.5 million euros.
In 88 games for Cologne, Duda had eleven goals and nine assists, but he only really impressed in the first season after moving to FC.
In the summer of 2020 he came from Hertha BSC, where he had been under contract since 2016.
