This field hospital is made up of 150 people, including 45 doctors from various specialties (resuscitators, surgeons, traumatologists, ENT, ophthalmologists, burn treatment, neurosurgeons, pediatricians, pharmacist), as well as specialist nurses and support elements.

The hospital, which was launched in the presence of the Moroccan ambassador to Lebanon M’hammed Grine, houses an operating theater, hospitalization, radiology and sterilization units, a laboratory, a pharmacy and sanitary, administrative and logistical facilities.
It aims to provide medical services to those injured in the explosion that rocked the port of Beirut, and to help them overcome the repercussions of this tragedy, the director of the field hospital, Professor ChekKar, told MAP. Kacem.
The structure has all the means to treat the wounded from the disaster that hit the port of the Lebanese capital, he said. It has several health facilities and equipment, including medical beds and an equipped surgery room, it will provide patients with various medical services in many specialties, but also other services such as carrying out medical analyzes and distributing drugs, added the official.
