Slavi became richer

Slavi Trifonov he broke up forever with his native village of Todorovo, better known by his former name Uchindol, and sold off all the property of his late father, which Bai Todor managed during his lifetime and advised his son not to give them up.

Most recently, Long sold an impressive 3,600-square-foot plot, known to locals as a former military unit, to a young woman named Simona. Trifonov had put the plot up for sale last fall. Less than a year later, he managed to get rid of it for a large sum of money.

Years ago, the schoolboy bought the land for almost nothing. His plans were to build a farm there with gardens and swimming pools at the behest of his father, but after the death of his grandfather Todor in 2017, the construction dried up. To prepare the ground, Slavi demolished all the buildings from the glorious military past with which he bought the unit. Then he paid for a project for a big house, which he also sold to the candidates for owners, but the new owners wanted to use the place for agriculture, not to build a palace, because they did not have the means of Trifonov.

Last year it became clear that Slavi also donated his father’s house in the village. The news was also confirmed by Yancho Itov, deputy mayor of the settlement. According to him, there was already a young family in the property of Dalgi, who made a refreshing renovation of the building.

In recent years, the house where Chalga’s childhood was spent has been deserted and left to chance. The only thing in which the security maniac Trifonov had invested was security cameras to guard the empty property from curious people. Before his father died, the house was well maintained.

Slavi currently lives in his luxurious 5-storey mansion in the Boyana district of Sofia, which is guarded around the clock and has unheard of extras such as swimming pools, winery, jacuzzi, indoor elevator, Japanese garden, private gym, panoramic terrace and dozens of expensive extras. Trifonov also owns a number of other luxury properties in the capital and the province, which he has been reluctant to declare to KPKONPI for a year, although he is obliged by law to do so because he was a member of the short-term 45th parliament.
