Skylink satellite and internet television has included five new programs. According to a press release, these are Cinemax 2, CBS Reality, Lala TV, Extreme Sports Channel and Spektrum Home.
The eight stations will now be in high definition: Cinemax HD, Arena Sport 1 HD, Film + HD, HBO 2 HD, HBO 3 HD, Filmbox Premium HD, Viasat Nature HD and Viasat History HD.
“In connection with this, the broadcasting parameters of some existing programs are changing. However, these technical changes do not present any complications for most Skylink customers. Their certified receiver (Skylink READY) updates the transmission parameters automatically, thanks to the FastScan function. However, if the customer has a receiver without the FastScan function, it is necessary to tune the programs manually, no later than 11 January 2021, when the transmission with the old parameters will end, ”Skylink pointed out in a press release.
