Skydiver dies after falling during practice in Varadero

Through social networks, it was reported that a skydiver died after falling during a practice exercise in Varadero, Matanzas.

The user identified as Eduardo Jorge Tamayo published a video in the Facebook group “ACCIDENTES BUSES & CAMIONES, for more experience and fewer victims”, in which the subject can be seen being assisted by witnesses on the road where he fell and apparently It hit a vehicle, however, the details of the fall are unknown.

Likewise, although it is not seen in the recording, the person behind the camera assured that the paratrooper was bleeding while he was lying on this road in the town of Matanzas.

In the comments of the publication, it emerged that the man was taken to the Matanzas hospital, where he later died.

Until now, there has been no official statement about the unfortunate event and what caused the fall of the parachutist, it is speculated that the skydiving equipment presented a fault.

According to a comment on the publication, the subject was from San Antonio de los Baños. At the moment, the identity of the deceased paratrooper is unknown.
